INTRODUCTION

Not all IHUBApp employee portals are created equal. In order to be effective, it is important to understand what types of content and channels are popular among employees. In this lesson, we will cover the most popular types of content and channels found in employee portals.

1. News and announcements

One of the most popular types of content in employee portals is news and announcements. This includes company-wide updates, changes to policies, and upcoming events. These types of content are best communicated through a main corporate communication channel. Typical channels include:
