Contact a POINT Administrator

If you are a member of a POINT Hub and have questions about the community you will need to contact the Administrator. Here’s several ways you can reach the Administrator.

Instructions

  1. Login to your POINT Hub

  2. From the left-navigation menu select ‘Contact’

  3. Fill out the Form and select ‘Send’

OR If you know the name of the Administrator

  1. Login to your POINT Hub

  2. From the left-navigation menu select ‘Messages’

  3. Select the ‘+Compose’ button

  4. Type in the name of the Administrator (NOTE: You must know the name of the Administrator)

  5. Fill out the Subject and Body

  6. Press ‘Send’
