It depends on the restrictions that your country has as it pertains to both being able to sell software for foreign countries and also any requirements around building Hubs. A quick recap:
Selling to US companies as a non-use citizen: If you are a part of the IHUBApp Ally program, then you will need to file a W-BEN form. All affiliate marketers in the US are considered Independent Contractors. Details of requirements are found here.
Selling to the UK: You can sell Hubs to the UK but the types of Hubs that can be built are restricted. Hubs that are government or healthcare are restricted as the data must be hosted on UK servers. When dealing with UK companies, it is our recommendation that you opt to build your Hubs on our Canadian servers. Be sure to consult with your customer to ensure their corporate policies allow for this.
Selling to Australia or Canada: If you reside in these companies and you wish to sell to companies in this countries, you have two options.
Option 1: Per our terms, you can buy our licenses direct or have your customers buy direct.
Option 2: If you wish to receive commission on the licenses you sell, you will need to submit the appropriate form in each country that recognizes you as an independent contractor with InspireHUB. In Canada, this is a T4A Form.
