Add an Existing User to a Channel

Instructions

1. Log into the Builder

2. Navigate to 'Channels & Users' > 'Channels' > Select the Channel you wish to add users to

3. On the Members List page select 'Add Users'

4. In the pop up box, find the user by scrolling through the list or by using the search bar and typing in their name or email address. 

5. Once you find the user you wish to add, click on the box to the left of their name

6. Choose 'Add Selected'

7. A confirmation box will appear and the user you added should now appear in your Channel's Members List
