What is the Builder and how do I access it?

The ‘Builder’ is an InspireHUB tools that help you organize and manage your Hub. It provides a one-stop shop that allows you to do the following:
Control Access: Easily create custom user roles that determine what level of access each user has and what they can see. Allow different channels, feeds and forums to be controlled by your team or by giving access to trusted owners.
Customize: With the Builder you can customize every aspect of your Hub including its design, the registration process, user profiles, and turn on and off features for your community.
Manage: Manage your payments, reporting, membership, notifications, comments, community moderation and more!
