SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) are a popular way to set goals that helps ensure goals are realistic and achievable. It focuses on setting specific objectives with measurable results that can be reached within a given timeframe.
OKRs (Objective & Key Results) is a more ambitious goal-setting system where you set your Objectives and then challenge yourself to achieve multiple measured key results within a short period of time.
